What we collect

When you submit the Month-End Close Review form, we may collect your name, email, optional phone number, company, optional website, annual revenue range, business type, accounting software, approximate monthly transaction volume, number of legal entities, sales channels and payment processors, the current state of your books, when you want to start, and your consent to be contacted about your inquiry.

The form also records campaign and source information when available, including UTM parameters, the landing page, referrer and topic. The site may also store a routing outcome and suggested service tier for the current browser session.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review your inquiry, evaluate service fit, suggest an appropriate service path, coordinate scheduling, and contact you about your inquiry.

We may also use source and website-use information to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure inquiry and booking activity.

Analytics and browser storage

If Google Analytics 4 is enabled in the site configuration, the site may collect analytics data about visits and interactions. The site also uses browser session storage for routing, suggested-tier and booking-state information used in the review flow.

A consent banner is not enabled by default. Whether one is required depends on where visitors are located and should be confirmed before launch.

Service providers

Information may be shared with service providers used to operate the inquiry and scheduling process, such as a form service or CRM, a scheduling tool and an analytics provider. These services are described generically here because the final providers have not been configured in the site.
